It all came to me while in transition from the corporate world to business ownership in 2001. I was reading self-help books, getting clarity on my goals, and writing out my intentions. Sticky notes starting popping up all over the house … edges of the laptop screen, bathroom mirror, wall above my desk, and refrigerator door. (Think Big, Live the Life You Imagined, Thin and Lean)

The messages were a good source of empowerment … but the bright colored paper the messages were printed on did not meet my criteria for “good design”.  These notes conflicted with my training as an interior designer. I found myself walking through the house every time I entertained removing the very visible messages. I also did not want guests using my bathroom to tease me about a note stating “Beautiful and Brilliant”.

As a trained interior designer, I know how color affects moods, enhancing emotion such as happiness, sadness, sleepiness, or even creating needed energy.  How you can use wall art is an opportunity to make people smile. That furniture placement enforces bad habits, like watching TV in the bedroom instead of giving attention to your partner.  This site looks at the how your spaces influence you and provides tips that allow you to make decorating decisions that promote your dreams.

My clients are individuals, each with unique personal design styles. I found that the home décor accessories with inspirational messages available from mass retailers all to look the same and did not offer variety in style. People are searching for products that are unique in color, boldness, message text, and simplicity.  Throughout my many travels and online research, I located wonderful artist and hand-crafted products that do just this.  I created this website to highlight these hard to find items in a single location. Available at your fingertips are inspirational products in a variety of styles, latest color schemes, hip messages, and modern typography for your interior spaces.  They are great reminders for your personal self-growth or gifts to those who need a daily reminder of motivation.
